Guiding highly-motivated leaders to increase their influence by developing

courage, mental fortitude, and believing in the power of their own abilities.

Beverley Wright

As owner and president of Wright Choice Group, LLC, a coaching and business consulting company, Bev balances her roles as motivator and encourage, mentor and coach, with just a hint of drill sergeant, to boost her clients and her audiences to higher levels of success.

Before starting Wright Choice Group, Bev spent 38 years working with a cross-section of professionals at IBM in diverse business areas. In the various roles, she gained a rich background for guiding, addressing, and coaching business leaders. One of her final assignments was talent management & development executive for IBM Inside Sales, North America, where she provided strategy and execution for hiring, education, training and professional development at three mega-sales centers in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, and Toronto, Canada. After her retirement from IBM, she realized she still had more to give and expanded into coaching.

Coach Bev is passionate about helping others become successful as they define it for themselves. Clients say that her attention to details and ability to bring out the talent for leadership transformed their lives and created a positive ripple effect in how they engaged with their own teams.

Bev Wright is credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach. Coach Bev is also a Co-Active Certified Coach as a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute.
